Healing in a Changing World: Climate-Aware Therapy

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the state of the planet? Do you experience anxiety, grief, or a deep sense of loss in the face of climate collapse? You’re not alone and your feelings make sense.

In my practice, I offer a compassionate space for people navigating the emotional and spiritual impact of environmental crisis. Together, we explore eco-grief, climate anxiety, burnout, and disconnection—while reconnecting with what is still alive, meaningful, and resilient within you and the world around you.

Drawing on trauma-informed care, nature-based healing, and somatic and systemic approaches, I help individuals process their emotions, restore their sense of agency, and cultivate a grounded relationship with the Earth—even in the midst of uncertainty.

Whether you are a young person fearing the future or someone quietly carrying the weight of ecological grief, therapy can support your capacity to stay present, engaged, and whole.

This work isn’t about fixing the planet alone. It’s about not facing it alone.

Welcome!

My name is Jennifer (she/her) and I would love to talk more about how working together can help. I have been a clinical social worker for the last 15 years helping guide folks towards their own goals and healing. My practice is grounded in liberation for all and the healing power of nature. I am trained in psychodynamic theory which informs my work through the lens of intersectional feminism, ecotherapy, and somatic abolition. I work best with those who are introspective and open to exploration.
